Summary

In order to better meet the application requirements of intelligent substation protection measurement and control, centralized protection measurement and control, and station-area protection, and to achieve universal development and design of protection measurement devices while reducing later maintenance workload, a new type of universal protection measurement and control platform has been developed. The new universal protection measurement and control platform adopts a universal, multi-board, multi-core distributed design concept. It uses various types of communication channels and high-speed data exchange technologies according to different application requirements, achieving unified, standardized, and modular design of the protection measurement and control system. This improves the overall performance of protection measurement and control devices, better meets the application requirements of intelligent substation automation systems, and provides reference and experience for the realization of intelligent centralized protection measurement and control and station-area protection.
